OREANDA-NEWS. In Slavyansk-na-Kubani (Krasnodar Krai, Russia), a group of seven armed men with firearms or traumatic weapons burst into the canning factory “Kubanskie delikatesy” (Kuban Delicatessen), shot two guards and tried to take control of the enterprise. Both victims were hospitalized. One of the guards was slightly wounded to the arm, another to the head. The invaders took hostages, but later released them and barricaded inside the enterprise.

Then all seven criminals were detained. All were identified. Alexander Runov, the head of the press service of the region’s Headquarters of Internal Affairs said: “All participants in the conflict have been detained, they are currently at the scene of the incident, the investigators are working with them. An investigative-operational group works there, it determines the type of weapon from which they shot, and all other details. I can’t tell the names of the detainees.”

“According to preliminary data, the conflict was the result of a conflict between business entities, it had appeared between persons claiming to the right to manage one of the city’s enterprises,” the press service of the regional police headquarters stated.

Oleg Trushin, the commercial director of “Kubanskie delikatesy”, said that he was on vacation and had learnt about the accident from news. “I suspect who is an organizer of the capture, but at the moment I don’t think it’s possible to talk about the guesswork,” he said.

Roman Sinyagovsky, the head of Slavyansky district, supposed that the incident was connected with the “owners’ conflict which unexpectedly for everyone turned into an acute phase.”
