OREANDA-NEWSBelarus and Norway intend to soon simplify the visa regime between the countries, as well as establish cooperation in the field of nuclear safety. This was announced on Wednesday by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus following the results of the next round of consultations of the foreign affairs agencies of the two countries in Oslo.

“Taking into account the recent signing of agreements between Belarus and the European Union on simplifying the issuance of visas and on readmission, an agreement was reached on preparing as soon as possible similar documents between Belarus and Norway”, it was informed. The press service noted that during the consultations, the parties spoke about the development of political dialogue, trade, economic and investment cooperation, the formation of a legal framework, cooperation in international organizations.

The main topic of the event was the export of Belarusian information technology services to Norway. Protocols were signed on cooperation between the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation and the Norwegian company Nordic Molecule Group AS in the production and sale of animal feed for fish and other biotechnological products.
