OREANDA-NEWS The Central Election Commission of Ukraine completed the counting of votes in elections to the Verkhovna Rada. Founded in 2016 by Vladimir Zelensky, the “Servant of the People” party won 43.16% of the vote.

“The opposition platform is for life” (HLE) gained 13.05%, IN Batkivschyna of Yulia Tymoshenko - 8.18%, “European Solidarity” of ex-President Petro Poroshenko - 8.10%. Created by the leader of the Ocean Elzi group, Sviatoslav Vakarchuk, in May 2019, the Voice party received 5.82%.

The 5% barrier has not passed Oleg Lyashko’s Radical Party (4.01%), Igor Smeshko’s “Strength and Honor” (3.82%), Opposition Bloc (3.03%), Sharia’s Party (2.23%), IN Freedom (2.15%).

Less than 1% were collected by the Green Party (0.66%) and the Party of the Mayor of Lviv Andrey Sadovy "Samopomich" Union (0.62%).

The extraordinary elections to the Verkhovna Rada were held on July 21, according to a mixed system: 225 candidates were elected by party lists in the state-wide multi-member district and 199 by the majority system in single-member constituencies.
