OREANDA-NEWS. The death of the grandson of the former President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, Aisultan, occurred due to natural causes against the background of cocaine addiction. This was stated by West London Coroner Fiona Wilcox.

The coroner's conclusion was announced by representatives of the Nazarbayev family. It is specified, that the law enforcement agencies in determining the cause of death of the young man proceeded from the testimony of witnesses, the police and a psychiatrist. It is established, that the death of 29-year-old Aisultan Nazarbayev does not cause suspicion and is associated with the use of drugs.

«We are devastated by the loss of our beloved Aisultan. His death was an unthinkable grief for us, from which we will never recover. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who have provided such great support over the past six months, and to the coroner for conducting the investigation with dignity; we ask for privacy at this very difficult time», the family said in a statement.

The death of the grandson of the former President of Kazakhstan became known in mid-August 2020. The presumed cause of death was originally a heart attack, informs Russian media RIA Novosti.
