The topic of sanctions will be raised in the framework of the discussion of the Minsk agreements to resolve the conflict in Ukraine after the Norman summit in Paris on December 9, the EU representative emphasized. "German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron will inform leaders about the implementation of the Minsk agreements after the Norman-format summit in Paris on December 9", he said.

In addition, according to the diplomat, the leaders will discuss relations with Russia. "As expected, the heads of state and government will discuss relations between the EU and Russia", he said.
