OREANDA-NEWS. Forbes magazine for the first time compiled a ranking of 50 best Russian employers.

Enterprises were evaluated according to a number of criteria, including salaries, working conditions, social guarantees, possibility of corporate training, development of infrastructure in the regions of operating, demand, environment protection and charity. The rating was compiled according to the total score.

The first line is occupied by the group of companies “Norilsk Nickel” with a total score of 60.97. “The headquarters of one of the world’s largest producers of palladium, nickel and copper is located in the Mercury tower in Moscow City, and the main production sites are located beyond the Arctic Circle on the Kola and Taimyr peninsulas. Hard working conditions determine a wide social package and high average salaries that employees receive. In addition, “Norilsk Nickel” is one of the leaders in the rating by the criterion of environmental protection,” the magazine writes.

Other leaders of the rating are the gold mining company “Polyus” which received 60.81 points for “a combination of high salaries with one of the most comprehensive social packages” and “Gazprombank” (60.45) which is the third largest bank in Russia by assets. In addition, “Gazprombank” became the leader in the ranking of average salary.
