The ban was introduced on March 25 for a period of two weeks to prevent cases of importation of coronavirus infection. It will continue to operate until further notice. Chek Lap Kok International Airport will still not serve transit passengers. According to recent data, the number of cases of infection with a new coronavirus in Hong Kong has reached 914 with four deaths. At the same time, 75% of infections over the past two weeks are imported.
