“The alleged cause of explosions is poor-quality charges of 195 mm caliber. Salyutnye installations and the fireworks themselves were purchased in the Russian JSC Piro-Ross, the city of Sergiev Posad ", - said the agency.

The Defense Ministry noted that all the necessary security measures had been taken during the salute, and the fighters who calculated the salute installations had special training. At the same time, the commission created in the department, which conducts an official investigation into the explosions, also works on other (except for low-quality charges) versions of what happened.

The explosions of charges that destroyed the fireworks, occurred in Minsk on July 3. According to the Investigative Committee of Belarus, at least 10 people were injured from scattered fragments, one woman died. SK initiated a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 463 (violation of the rules for the treatment of substances and objects that pose a heightened risk to others) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
