OREANDA-NEWS The exhibition “Museum of Disgusting Food” will constantly work in the Caroli shopping center in the Swedish city of Malmo.

Everyone will be able to see, smell and try 80 of the most dubious delicacies from around the world. For example, the exhibition presents Swedish salty licorice, Scottish haggis (mutton stomach stuffed with giblets with spices), delicious cheese from Sardinia Kasu martsu with cheese fly larvae, and also a terrible smelling durian from Southeast Asia.

The creators of the museum are confident that when considering exhibits, people get the opportunity to review their ideas about the "disgusting" food. This can be useful if people once have to look for new sources of food in the face of climate change or the growth of the world's population.
