OREANDA-NEWS Scientists at the University of Massachusetts told which regions of the Earth people would soon leave because of global warming. This is reported by the Swiss edition of Tages-Anzeiger.

“By the end of the century, the global temperature will rise by 4.5 degrees due to the large number of harmful emissions. In this case, part of India, some regions of Bangladesh, the valley of the Ganges, as well as the north of Sri Lanka and eastern Pakistan can become unsuitable for living, ”the article notes, citing the results of the study.

In support of their arguments, experts cite the fact that this year India experienced a rise in temperature to 50.6 degrees. Analysts believe that climate change in the future will affect more than a billion people.

Earlier, Swiss scientists have come up with an effective way to combat global warming. Experts believe that the onset of large-scale global catastrophe due to warming can be delayed by planting forests throughout the planet.
