OREANDA-NEWS. As the representative of the press service of the Leumit health insurance fund told Moshe Mosku to RIA Novosti, large networks of Israeli clinics have opened an entry for vaccination against COVID-19. It will begin here next Sunday, special centers will be deployed in large cities, and specially equipped minibuses will be sent to small towns.

As Moscow said, an appointment for vaccination will be required. According to him, the organizers do not want people to crowd in hospital centers, as is happening now at the airport. He admits that a thousand people wanting to get vaccinated a day is a lot, and it is important for the management that there are no crowds. Mosku said that in their hospital system, 7 stations with nurses will work 12 hours a day.

It is reported that doctors and employees of geriatric centers will be the first to be vaccinated against coronavirus in Israel, then people over 60 years old and suffering from chronic diseases. At the same time, according to the specialist, logistical problems with the Pfizer vaccine will lead to sufficient rapid coverage of all segments of the population.

Israeli media report that tens of thousands of Israelis have already tried to enroll in the vaccination queue, which forced the vaccination center of the Macabi health insurance fund to stop working for several hours.
