"Today the third joint patrol with Russia took place in Idlib. Patrols will continue", the Anatolian agency quoted him as saying. Aerial patrols were controlled by drones, and on the ground armored personnel carriers and the Tiger armored car. This was reported to reporters in the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of the warring parties.

"On April 8, the third joint Russian-Turkish patrol of the M-4 highway section in the Idlib de-escalation zone connecting the cities of Aleppo and Latakia took place", the Center said. According to the TsPVS“, two BTR-80s and a Tiger armored car were involved in joint patrols from the Russian side. The movement of the column from the air was controlled by unmanned aerial vehicles of the Russian airborne forces.

The interaction between the parties was carried out through the Joint Coordination Center. Previous patrols took place on March 15 and 23.
