The Head of the CIA Admitted That He Turned Gray Because of Moscow and Iran

OREANDA-NEWS. CIA Director William Burns said that he turned gray while working in Moscow.
As Burns said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, while working as ambassador to the Russian Federation, he had "most of the gray hair." He served as US Ambassador to Russia from 2005 to 2008.
“The rest of my gray hair has to do with the negotiations with the Iranians, especially the secret negotiations in 2013” over nuclear weapons, the CIA director added.
The head of the CIA, William Burns, claims that in recent weeks the United States has been observing an "unusual build-up of Russian troops" near the borders of Ukraine, as well as alleged plans to destabilize the country, he did not provide any evidence.
“What we have seen in recent weeks is the constant and unusual build-up of the Russian military presence near Ukraine’s borders, we have also seen advancing plans to destabilize Ukraine and continue to build up forces,” Burns said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal. At the same time, he did not explain what an "unusual build-up of troops" means.
On 24 November 2013, Iran and six participating countries entered into an interim agreement known as the Joint Action Plan, in which sanctions relief was made in exchange for limiting Iran's nuclear program. It took the parties another twenty months to agree on all the details of the document - due to the complexity of the problem, as well as the disagreement of some forces inside Iran and in the international arena with the proposed agreement.
On July 14, 2015, the United States, Russia, China, France, Britain, Germany, the European Union and Iran agreed on a Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA - also known as the "Iranian Agreement") to end the standoff over Tehran's nuclear program.
