OREANDA-NEWS  In May, Russians will be able to transfer up to 30 million rubles between their accounts without commission. This was announced by Dmitry Ferapontov, an economist, senior lecturer at the Department of Banking at Synergy University, in an interview with the Prime agency.

According to him, it used to be problematic to transfer more than 300 thousand rubles between your accounts, even with the help of ATMs. Moreover, this method is not safe.

Now banks will lose an important source of income. "Of course, first of all, it is the client who benefits from innovations — his potential transaction amounts grow along with the limit," Ferapontov explained.

The economist stressed that the innovation will simplify real estate purchase transactions. To do this, you will no longer have to withdraw cash, the expert concluded.

According to Deputy Finance Minister Ivan Chebeskov, the Finance Ministry plans to discuss the exclusion of high-income families from the preferential mortgage program. Rich families will include those who can pay the market rate without state support. The change may be introduced as an additional condition for obtaining a preferential mortgage — the ability to take out a loan with state support will depend on the income level of borrowers.
