CenterTelecom Announces Results of Tender for Lease on Property Complex
OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2007. OJSC CenterTelecom announced the results of an open tender on a lease covering a new property complex for the company equipped to allow providing all-purpose communications and broadband access services.
A tender commission, meeting April 23, examined the technical and financial proposals, submitted by the participants in the tender, and selected OJSC RTK-Leasing as the winner. The gross leasing rate in accordance with the leasing contract will be 8.59% per annum. The organizer of the tender was CJSC Electronic Trading System.
The tender was announced on March 13. In accordance with tender conditions, the maximum acceptable margin on the gross leasing rate was 11.5% per annum. In addition to RTK-Leasing, three other firms submitted bids. The gross leasing rate offered by the bidders varied from 8.59% to 10.35% per annum.
