The First Meeting of the High Level Committee оf GECF Took Place in Moscow during 22-23 May 2007 Hosted by the Russian Federation

In accordance with the Communique’ of the 6th Ministerial Meeting of Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) the first Meeting of the High Level Committee took place in Moscow during 22-23 May 2007 hosted by the Russian Federation, reported the reported the Official website www.minprom.gov.ru.
The participants of the Meeting discussed wide range of issues of mutual interest concerning the situation on the global gas market and the development of the GECF working framework. The representatives of the GECF countries agreed to continue the work of the Committee and hold the next Meeting at the end of June – the beginning of July 2007 in Moscow.
