OREANDA-NEWS. July 3, 2007. Within the framework of the Centralized Client Servicing System concept, which is being established in JSC IDGC of the Center and North Caucasus, JSC Ryazanenergo shall open a Client Service Center on July 2, 2007.

The main task of the Center is to raise client servicing to a new quality level, while streamlining the staff and number of application departments: it is supposed, that the majority of issues can be solved in a “one window” mode.

CSC competence covers issues of technical connections of consumer energy installations to the power grids, as well as servicing contracts on power supply, accounting and transmission of electrical energy. Legal and physical persons may submit applications to the CSC concerning connections and suggestions on the organization of power grid operation, and use the hot line in cases of theft, energy equipment breakdown, damage to the wires, etc. All applications will be registered in an electronic database to give the CSC experts a possibility to inform a client about the results in written form or by telephone after the matter has been resolved. In the nearest future a single multi-channel telephone shall be installed to provide clients with free access from any place in the region, and create a Remote Client Servicing System through Internet. 

In 2007 Client Service Centers and Contact Centers will be established in all the service areas of JSC IDGC of the Center and North Caucasus.
