OREANDA-NEWS. Atomenergomash OJSC received a 3bln RUB credit quota at Gazprombank, Rosatom information center reports. The company is planning to spend the money to replenish its current assets, in particular, to pay for future supplies of power equipment in the framework of the Federal Target Program for the Development of the Nuclear Industry of Russia in 2007-2010 and through 2015. More specifically, Atomenergomash is planning to supply heat exchange equipment to Novovoronezh NPP-2, Kalinin NPP-4, Rostov NPP-2, Leningrad NPP-2 and other nuclear power plants.

The money will also be used for payment of equipment deliveries to thermal power plants: for such ongoing construction projects as TPP-27, TPP-26 and TPP-9 (Mosenergo), South-Western TPP (Sintez Group), as well as for the modernization of Kirishkaya TPP (OGK-6), Pervomayskaya TPP (Metals of Eastern Siberia company) and Chelyabinsk TPP-3 (TGK-10).

Atomenergomash OJSC is a holding specializing in production of equipment for nuclear and thermal power plants. The holding comprises ZiO-Podolsk machine building plant, Ziomar engineering company, Alstom-Atomenergomash JV, Interenergomash OJSC, Stalenergoproekt Ltd and a number of other assets. Atomenergomash is 100% subsidiary of TVEL OJSC, which is part of Atomenergoprom OJSC.

In September 2007, Atomenergomash paid 600mln RUB in advance to Izhora Plants for the reactor shell for Novovoronezh NPP-2.
