OREANDA-NEWS. On December 06, 2007 the EU and Ukraine have officially launched talks on reaching an agreement on the European Common Aviation Area, the European Commission's information office told. The agreement will be reached to deepen relations in the aviation sector, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua.

We will improve security level, ease commerce transactions and social ties, Vice President of the European Commission for Transport Jacques Barrot said.

The European Commission's statement suggests a bipartite cargo transportation by air grows.
