OREANDA-NEWS. April 30, 2008. JSC Nytva (NMP, ESTAR Group) will be developing a new business – management of multiple dwellings and establish its own subsidiary Nytvaenergoservis LLC to do so.

One of the prerequisites for the special purpose vehicle is prior approval of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, since JSC Nytva was entered into the register of undertakings of Perm Territory, which have over 35% share of a goods market, ESTAR statement says.

Nytvaenergoservis will be able to deliver the whole range of services to manage multiple dwellings (heat energy, sewage treatment, and maintenance of utilities) in Nytva ensuring high quality and no outsourcing to take place. In future, JSC Nytva intends to transfer all its energy assets (including “Vodokanal”), as well as building repair and maintenance workshop, to its subsidiary.

According to the company, Nytva is a resource supplier, hence, the management company will be able to set utility tariffs within reason. To ensure the best price/performance ratio, Nytvaenergoservis will be controlled by the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
