OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2008.  Volga-FEST, a Frolovo metallurgical plant (ESTAR Group) is to open the second electric steel making shop and a rolled section shop. This information was placed on the corporate website.

According to ESTAR’s plans, the rolled section shop will specialize in producing construction fittings. The production volume and the shop construction period have not yet been disclosed.
