OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 July 2008 was announced, that the main development strategy of the international holding CENTRAVIS is continuous improvement of products quality and level of customer support. CENTRAVIS team successively carries out development of this area.

The company worked out the following steps in order to improve quality of products and customer support:

•To introduce principles of continuous improvement of production activities through organization of activities of Quality Teams in all CENTRAVIS productive structures.

•To increase stability of technological processes via implementation of project on introduction of technological process control on the basis of statistical process control (SPC).

•To upgrade output on continuing basis by means of renewal of equipment and improvement of production technology (total investment to production and equipment modernization will amount to more than 120 million USD).

•To enhance confidentiality of customers in quality of delivered products on continuing basis via obtaining certificates of conformity of ASME standards (USA), Lloyd (Germany) and Sea Navigation Register (Russia).

•To improve quality of impartial production control via investing to new installations of complex control and modernization of equipment in operation.

“CENTRAVIS development strategy presupposes continuous modernization and output upgrade. We invest to purchase of new installations of complex control, renewal of equipment and improvement of production technologies. At the present moment CENTRAVIS production conforms to more than 100 national and international standards. But we don’t stop at what has been accomplished. This year our next step will be obtainment of such certificates as ASME (USA), Lloyd (Germany) and Sea Navigation Register (Russia). Continuous improvement of customer support is also very important direction of our development. CRM introduction is envisaged till end of 2008 in this area. We intend to reduce terms of production delivery via development of logistical system of the company.
