OREANDA-NEWS. On 18 July 2008 Bank Uralsib (RTS: USBN) announced that that its team has been strengthened by a new key appointment of the manager with substantial experience. Konstantin Vaysman has been appointed the First Vice-President for strategy and finance.

Mr. Vaysman graduated from the Moscow S. Ordzhonikidze State Management Academy in 1992. He also studied at Institut d'Administration des Entreprises de Basse Normandie (Caen, France) and later in 2007 held MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (London).

Konstantin Vaysman has over 15 years experience in banking. Prior to joining FC URALSIB in May 2007, he occupied managerial positions in three Russian banks. In 1993-1996 Mr. Vaysman worked with the Toribank as the head of the financial analysis department and as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. In 1996-2003 he headed the financial analysis and planning department and was the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Credit Bank of Moscow. In 2003-2007 Mr. Vaysman occupied the position of the Chairman of the Management Board and was a member of the Board of Directors at RosEvroBank.
