OREANDA-NEWS  On 24 September was announced, that on September 9 -12, 2008, Interpipe held its Annual Conference for its wheels’ customers titled, “KLW. New horizons”, in the beautiful seaside location of Alushta, Crimea, Ukraine.

During the Conference Interpipe formally presented the new KLW brand to its clients. The new look for the KLW brand represents a key element in Interpipe`s overall strategic development.

According to Oleg Kuzmin, Director of Corporate Affairs at Interpipe:

“In 2007, KLW was designated as the strong, single brand of Interpipe`s wheels division consolidating sales to all of our strategic markets and cementing our position as a truly global producer. This Conference has allowed our customers to learn about both the technical and service aspects to the company’s development”.

The Conference was attended by customers from Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, India, Turkey, Slovakia, UK, Canada and many other countries. At the Conference, participants also discussed the development of wheel production technology and railway market trends, including the key points of the company’s strategy. Interpipe highly values feedback from its customers and the company constantly looks for ways to continue to serve the individual needs of its customers in the most effective way.

Interpipe looks forward to presenting its wheel products under the KLW brand at the International Trade Fair for Transport Technology InnoTrans in Berlin on 23-26 September, 2008.
