OREANDA-NEWS  On 28 November OMZ OJSC (Uralmash-Izhora Group) (RTS: OMZZ; LSE: OMZD; OTC: UHMVY) announced that Viktor Shevchenko, Deputy General Director, OMZ, and General Director of OMZ’s Izhorskiye Zavody, has been listed among the 100 best St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region top managers for 2008. The ranking was organized by Delovoy Peterburg newspaper. The best 100 were selected from 400 candidates by a council consisted of 16 well-known analysts and experts in various business sectors. The editors of the newspaper also made their choice of best senior managers across 10 industries.
