OREANDA-NEWS. On 17 February 2009 was announced, that ARMADA (MICEX, RTS: ARMD) announces it has won the tender staged by the Informatization Department of Moscow for the support and system maintenance of the Technological Portal.

The Technological Portal of Moscow’s Informatization Department handles large dataflows from the city’s executive bodies, as well as design and contracting agencies, which exploit Moscow’s software and hardware platforms and information systems. The project is a part of the e-Moscow municipal program in which ARMADA plays an active part.

ARMADA developed this portal in 2007, and has already twice won tenders for its maintenance (in 2008 and 2009 correspondingly). The solution successfully cuts both the financial costs and time expenditures for the creation, handling, delivery, storage and retrieval of documents. It is essentially the “one-stop” solution, which executive agencies can apply for answers to all questions regarding the creation, upgrading, and operation of the city’s information systems and resources.

“Our latest win in the series of tenders staged by Moscow’s Informatization Department once again reconfirms ARMADA’s high expertise and reputation as a reliable service provider. In 2008, we completed a number of projects for various city agencies, and I hope that the cooperation between ARMADA and Moscow’s administration will remain just as active in the future,” said ARMADA CEO Alexei Kuzovkin.
