OREANDA-NEWS  On 05 March was announced, that Ukrainian State Customs Service fulfilled the budget plans at 100.8% in February. The head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Anatolii Makarenko informed.

According to him, despite negative tendencies of foreign-economic activity in February the State Customs Service has earned UAH 6 bn 450 mn to the State Budget.

Anatolii Makarenko added implementation of budget showings has been achieved at the account of effective activity of the State Customs Service, notably forming of a taxation base and determination of its principal components – customs value, adequacy of declaration of imported goods etc.

Together with that, he stressed, in February as compared to January of the current year growth of export of Ukrainian goods and twofold reduction of import have been observed.

Moreover, Anatolii Makarenko emphasized by the date he had took the post in the end of January the plan had been fulfilled at 43%. “A rather complicated task for the State Customs Service appeared assignments to the State Budget. Owing to the efforts of team of the Customs Service and our actions we had covered the estimated showings of the State Budget in January”.
