OREANDA-NEWS. April 3, 2009. Russia’s crude exports to non-CIS countries totaled 52.22 mn t (4.25 mn bpd) in January-March 2009 or 4.2% less than in the same period a year ago. A total of 46.05 mn t of Russian hydrocarbons were pumped through Transneft’s system to non-CIS consumers in the first three months of 2009 and around 6.16 mn t bypassing the oil pipeline monopoly’s facilities. This March Transneft pumped 15.62 mn t of Russian crude oil to non-CIS countries and 1.99 mn t were exported without the participation of Transneft.
