OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 June 2009 was announced, that Goetzpartners AG, Tree AG, Newsports GMBH (Germany), RMJM (Great Britain) and ENEX (Belgium) companies took part in celebrations on the occasion of inauguration of first facilities in the tourist zone "Avaza" June 15 and presented a number of projects to Turkmen partners.

As the Turkmenistan.ru correspondent reports, German companies offered to build an entertainment city on the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea that will include a water park, cinema, cultural center, shopping complex, beach club, SPA-center, cable car, attractions, sports grounds, ski-run and golf course.

A business alliance of British and Belgian designers offered a joint project on construction of a high-rise hotel and an original lighthouse on an artificial island. In addition, the European partners have developed a draft project on construction of villas on the coast, the architectural appearance of which reflects the motives of national Turkmen architecture.

British companies "NOC", "LA SAUE" and "ARUP" also presented a Master Plan of development of the national tourist zone "Avaza".

It should be recalled that the development of the national tourist zone "Avaza" started exactly two years ago. The total cost of facilities built there exceeds US USD  1.5 billion. Companies investing in construction of hotels and resorts, and socio-economic facilities, the hotel business and services in "Avaza" enjoy significant tax and customs benefits.
