OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2009. The first Azerbaijani bank announced on stop of  process of attraction of foreign shareholders.

Chairman of the AGBank Supervisory Board Chingiz Asadullayev said that the bank completed to draw foreign shareholders.

"We already gave 17.5% stake in the capital of the International Financial Corporation (IFC) and 10% to the Kazimir Partners company. It is enough for today and planned before transactions remained in the past,” C. Asadullayev said.

Earlier, the deal on sale of 17.5% stake in the capital of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), which did not take place, was under discussions.
