OREANDA-NEWS. November 16, 2009. The city authorities postponed the completion of reconstruction and construction of a number of mixed-use facilities, including a golf course, within Moscow’s Luzhniki sports complex till late 2012.

“Originally, according to the order documents by the Moscow Government, the development was to be completed in 2008,” a source from City Hall said.

The official reminded that the obsolete facilities of Luzhniki would be substituted by the up-to-date objects to be developed on 5 sites within the sports complex.

It is planned to develop the 3,500-square-metre golf course and 3 two-storey mixed-use facilities with the total area of 12,020 square metres.
