OREANDA-NEWS. December 31, 2009. Following the results of November this year, sales of the KFSW sparkling wines increased by 10% against the same period in the last year.

Considering these figures from the angle of trademarks, the records in sales are set by TM “Muscat Sparkling” white wines. The demand for this sparkling wine doubled. We shall note that this position has been recently re-designed. In particular, the base colour of the label was changed.

Besides, there is a growth of popularity of Trade Mark “Sovietskoye Premium”  sweet wine which presently takes the third position on sales of the range of products of the enterprise following TM “Sovietskoye Shampanskoye” wine and TM “Ukrainskoye”   sweet wine. Here it should be added that consumers’ interest in sweet wines evidently heightened in recent months.

Deputy Sales and Marketing Director Yury Naumchuk stated, ‘On the whole, I may say that the fall in sales during the previous year can be explained with a sharp decline in the economic situation in this country which occurred just on the eve of the New Year’s holidays, while the growth observed this year – with stabilisation of the situation and that the panic over the crisis subsided among the consumers.
