OREANDA-NEWS. January 5, 2010. The Moscow Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia included the following records into the Uniform State Register of legal entities:

- on the reorganization of JSC TransCreditBank in the form of merger with four subsidiary credit institutions - JSC MeTraComBank (Rostov-on-Don), JSC Bank Yugo-Vostok (Voronezh), JSC Chitapromstroybank (Chita), JSC Superbank (Blagoveschensk);

- on the termination of operations of JSC MeTraComBank (Rostov-on-Don), JSC Bank Yugo-Vostok (Voronezh), JSC Chitapromstroybank (Chita), JSC Superbank (Blagoveschensk) by their reorganization in the form of merger with JSC TransCreditBank;

- on the state registration of changes in the constituent documents of JSC TransCreditBank related to its reorganization.

The merged subsidiaries will be transformed into TransCreditBank’s branches, and the branches of the merged subsidiaries will be transformed into a network of internal structural divisions of the new branches.

The final integration procedures, including the assignment of numbers to the new branches, the opening of correspondent subaccounts, appropriate changes in the BIC Directory of the Russian Federation will be completed in January 2010.

The major objectives of the consolidation of subsidiary banks are achieving higher efficiency of TransCreditBank by centralizing management functions, the removal of the restrictions on the development of the subsidiary banks related to the compliance with the Bank of Russia's regulations, and providing better services to large corporate customers.
