OREANDA-NEWS. March 3, 2010. Mikhailovskiy Milling Plant, owned by the grain-processing company “PAVA”, has launched the production of the small-packaged wheat flour of general purpose. The production was added to the already-existent line of the small-packaged high grade flour.

Altay flour is packaged in the Mikhailovskiy Milling Plant into the bags of 5 and 10 kilo each. The demand for such products is growing, especially among wholesale companies who sell their products in the food markets and cooperate with hypermarket chains. Low price on the Altay packaged flour triggered the sales turnover that led, in its turn, to fostering and improving of “PAVA” partners’ business.

General purpose flour is in high demand among those who want to cut expenses on the one-time purchase, and at the same time among those who traditionally bake at home and need large amount of flour on a regular basis.

The new packaged flour of general purpose enabled “PAVA” to enter the “social” price brackets.

This type of flour possesses high bakery and quality characteristics. The usage of this flour insures elastic dough, will-risen pastry with distinct layering. This flour is perfect to bake bagels, to make dumplings, alongside with puff pastry dough as well as for similar puposes.
