OREANDA-NEWS. March 18, 2010. The 9th Arbitration Appeal Court ruled to amend the judgment of the Moscow Arbitration Court in the part related to the size of the administrative fine imposed by a determination of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) about administrative liability of "Russky Solod" OJSC for failure to present information. The fine was reduced from 400,000 to 300,000 Rubles, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

On 20th November 2009, the Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the claim of "Russky Solod" OJSC about invalidating and revoking the FAS Russia's determination, which imposed administrative charges upon the company for failure to present information upon a request of the antimonopoly body.

"Russky Solod" OJSC disagreed with the Court's decision and appealed to the 9th Arbitration Appeal Court.

Upon examining the case materials and having heard and assessed the arguments of the case parties, the 9th Arbitration Appeal Court dismissed the claim of "Russky Solod" OJSC.
