IRNC Center reported by IAS for 2009. Sales of IRNC Center by the results of 2009 by IAS grew by 13% to 49.3 bn RUR, cost grew by 17% and totaled 45.3 bn RUR. Anticipating cost growth rate over sales growth was provided primarily by the drop of power energy consumption, reduction of demand for services on technological joining networks, growth of tariffs for services on transferring power energy and growth of non-controlled expenses, such as services of FNC on transferring power energy and growth of prices for buying energy for settling losses.

Bashneft paid off 22.4 bn RUR in the form of dividends. Board of directors of Bashneft recommended the shareholders at the annual shareholders meeting on 29 June to make a decision to 2009 in the amount of 109.65 RUR for all types of shares, imparts the message of the company, reports Interfax. All-in-all 22.455 bn RUR were directed to the dividends payoff. The time constraints of the dividends’ payoff – not later than December 31, 2010. The shareholders list has been formed according to the register as of May 21.

TGC-9 is paying of all-time high dividends. Board of directors of TGC-9 recommended the shareholders at the annual meeting on June 30, to make a decision to payoff dividends by the results of 2009 in the amount of 0.00043023714 RUR per common share.

Operating estimates of Aeroflot for 1Q 2010. In March 2010 the airline transferred 834.2 thousand passengers (including 3.6 thousand passengers via charter jets), executed 2.58 bn passengers per km. Within 1Q 2010 Aeroflot carried 2.343 mn passengers, executed 7.238 bn passengers per km. The volume of passengers transfer grew in 1Q by 32%, growth of passengers per km formed 34%.

Generous dividends of Ammofos. Board of directors of Ammofos recommended the shareholders to make a decision to payoff dividends for 2009 in the amount of 1.108 thousand RUR per common share.
