OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2010. Since now Kyivstar clients will receive SMS-confirmation when refilling their mobile accounts via electronic channels.

Each time when refilling their accounts via ATM, payment terminals or transmitting funds through Internet-banking on https://secure.privatbank.ua/kyivstar, wap.kyivstar.ua, Visa and MasterCard payment systems, by dialing 999 free of charge or using express-payment interbanking systems (e.g.www.portmone.com), Kyivstar clients will receive SMS-confirmation. It will contain the date, exact time and the sum of refilling.

The service is free of charge and is available for both contracted and prepaid subscribers. Kyivstar clients may receive SMS in Cyrilic (Russian or Ukrainian) or transliterated in Latin.

If a contracted Kyivstar subscriber indicated not the telephone number, but the number of his/her personal account when refilling a mobile account, SMS will not be sent. If there are several telephone numbers registered on contracted subscriber’s personal account, SMS will be sent to the number indicated when personal account is refilled.

To deactivate the SMS-confirmation service, please, dial *100*30*3#, and to subscribe again dial *100*30*2# and press a call-button. To check SMS-delivery status, please, dial *100*30*1# and press a call-button.

Using electronic channels for account refilling will facilitate the reduction of harmfull emissions to the environment. Kyivstar takes care of its clients receiving the information about funds refilling on time.
