OREANDA-NEWS. October 14, 2010. Carat, premium-class residential complex (6, Potebny st, Kharkiv), has been named residential complex of the Year according to CP AWARDS 2010, National real estate awards. Projects commissioned from 01.01.2009 to 01.09.2010 could participate in the contest. CP AWARDS is the only professional awards in Ukrainian real estate. Its goal is to define the most significant projects and companies operating on the real estate market. The initiator of the awards is Commercial Property magazine, a leading magazine covering commercial real estate market.

The winners of CP AWARDS 2010 were selected by a reputable panel of judges represented by the managers of the following companies: Multi Development, Ukraine; Jones Lang LaSalle Ukraine; HCM Group; Dragon Asset Management; DTZ (Ukraine); UTG; Colliers International (Ukraine); Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund; Tiko-Construction; Tippin Corporation; TMM; Amstar Europe as well as by editor-in-chief of Commercial Property magazine. Ernst & Young acted as an auditor of the awards.

Carat, Residential complex of the Year according to CP AWARDS 2010, was put into operation in February 2010. TMM Company acted as an investor and general contractor of the project and currently continues sales of apartments in the complex. Carat residential complex at 6, Potebny st represents a U-shaped low-rise building with a pass-through into the enclosed yard, located on the platform at the ground floor level. TMM used Trespa facing panels to create ventilated facades in the Carat complex. The complex includes an underground parking area for 32 lots as well as a guest parking.

A 6-storeyed residential complex includes 24 apartments with the area from 100 sq m to 285 sq m. The apartments in Carat have "island" kitchens, panoramic windows constructions in loggias, windows at different levels and French balconies finalized with colored glass. The design of the projects meets all the requirement of the Ukrainian classification for residential real estate to premium-class projects.
