OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2010. Belarusian beer resources increased 12.9% in January-September 2010 to 44.995 million decaliters, according to the National Statistics Committee.

Beer production increased 15.4% to 30.799 million decaliters, making up 68.4% of resources, imports increased 7.1% to 11.243 million decaliters, at 25%, and inventories stood at 2.952 million decaliters as of January 1, 2010, up 11.3%, making up 6.6% of all resources.

Beer consumption in Belarus increased 3.6% to 36.57 million decaliters; exports rose 135% to 3.609 million decaliters. Inventories stood at 4.816 million decaliters as of late September, up 59.9% from January 1, 2010, 10.7% of the total resources.
