OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2011. For the first time in the Russian insurance market, Ingosstrakh OJSIC created agents’ personal sites, a new tool for its insurance agents in Moscow and the Moscow Region. The site names begin with agent name, i. e. http://maximov.77.ingos.ru, and allows Clients to calculate insurance premium, view agent’s personal details, information about his or her work and contact information. Clients can also send a request for car insurance, ask questions or order a call through a feedback form.

Insurance agents can also use Ingosstrakh OJSIC corporate email domains. Agents’ personal sites created in Ingosstrakh OJSIC corporate domains give the agents a number of benefits. Specifically, they make agents more interactive and available for client communications, link agents with a large well-known company with established reputation, and integrate the agents in the common information environment.

"The personal corporate sites personalize agents and make them an active chain in a large Ingosstrakh OJSIC sales system. It allows for communications with clients on behalf of the company while preserving mobility. Traditional communication frameworks lack this option", says Alexey Yazov, Head of agent relations office, Ingosstrakh OJSIC. "This approach is new to the Russian insurance market, but personal sites for outsourcers in the corporate domains of large companies are very popular all over the world", he added.
