OREANDA-NEWS. November 17, 2011. The Bank of Moscow informs that on November 15, 2011 agreements on sales and purchase of the Estonian Credit Bank (Eesti Krediidipank) shares were signed, as a result whereof the Bank of Moscow will restore its participatory interest in the bank’s capital in the former amount (43.79%), and after that it will cease being a shareholder by means of selling its stock of shares to the new shareholder.

It is planned to consummate the transaction within the nearest months. The Swiss firm RLS Finance SA will be the largest shareholder of the Estonian Credit Bank with the participatory interest of 43.79%. The transaction implementation is supervised by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority.

RLS Finance is registered in Geneva and was entered into the Commercial Register of Switzerland in 1968. The core areas of the enterprise’s activities include agency in the financial operations, asset and investment management as well as transactions with the commercial real property. The core shareholder of the Swiss company is the entrepreneur Riccardo Tattoni, who became a doctor of economic science in 1976 and has been working in the banking sector over 30 years.
