OREANDA-NEWS. December 9, 2011. The Bank of Moscow’s indicators of use by corporate clients of automated self-service zones have risen. Today, an average of 87 per cent of cash withdrawal operations by corporate clients that previously withdrew cash from branches now pass through such zones.

This substantial increase was facilitated by, among other things, the service recently introduced by the Bank of Moscow of cash deposits in roubles to the disbursement account of a legal entity client using a corporate bank card. This service means that such operations may be conducted at any time of the day or night through 24-hour ATMs with a cash receipt function (there are over 190 such machines in Moscow and more than 340 in the regions) at better rates than those for depositing cash at Bank branches.

"We endeavour to keep in step with the times by offering convenient solutions for business and to go even further, by improving client services", stressed Alexander Sherstyukov, Managing Director of the Bank of Moscow. "Today, remote services and bank services without the participation of bank staff are becoming the norm and it is important for us to take part in their popularisation."
