OREANDA-NEWS. December 15, 2011. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company proceeded to implement the pharmaceutical benefits programs for corporate clients of Rigla Pharmacy Chain in the constituent entities of the RF.

In 2009 the agreement on mutually beneficial cooperation was concluded between the insurer and Rigla Pharmacy Chain, providing for medicine insurance of corporate cli-ents of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company. This agreement allowed to offer the maximum package of corporate medical insurance services, comprising coverage of pharmaceutical benefits under the Rigla program, unparalleled on the Russian market, to the employees of companies located in Moscow. Now the program is available to the insured persons from Saint Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Krasnodar, Ufa and Kazan. This is just the first step in regional market penetration, in the future the insurer plans to develop a prod-uct line of corporate voluntary medical insurance in all its representative offices.

The program enables the insured persons to purchase prescribed medicines in Rigla Pharmacy Chain for free or for 20 % of their cost, if the client has a deductible voluntary medical insurance policy. The policy provisions may provide for recovery of expenses for medicines totaling from 3,000 to 100,000 rubles, herewith, the cost of the program may range from 300 rubles per person a year.
