Recently, the e-Banking business of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC) won several awards including the Golden Cup Prize of "Excellent Demonstration Enterprise in the e-Banking Industry for 2011", "Most Competitive e-Banking Brand for 2011" and "Top 10 Customer Satisfaction e-Banking Brand for 2011" from China e-Commerce Association and China Finance Union, and the "Award for Overall Strength of Online Banking of Chinese Banks for 2011" from China Financial Certification Authority.

In 2011, ABC's e-Banking business has adhered to customer oriented and launched many marketing activities centering on "e-Era for Excellence" to effectively promote the influence and reputation of "Golden Online" brand. As a result, more strong support and impetus were provided for the market competition and business development and various e-Banking businesses rose to a fresh high. As of the end of November, ABC's e-Banking business attracted more than 200 million customers, holding a leading position among the peers. Since the launch of internet banking in 2002, ABC has gradually established a transaction channel system covering internet banking, telephone banking, mobile banking, SMS banking, self-service banking, TV banking (home banking), e-commerce, etc. and a service channel system covering customer service center, business web portal and message service platform after nearly 10-year development and improvement.

Additionally, in the award selection of China online banking annual meeting, ABC's internet banking business was granted the "Award for Overall Strength of Online Banking of Chinese Banks for 2011" with its fast development and outstanding overall strength.
