OREANDA-NEWS. November 16, 2012. Filling station network "OKKO" became the partner of the 4th International Conference Petroleum Ukraine 2012 which was in Kiev. More than 220 delegates who represent the largest networks in Ukrainian oil market take part in it. Vice-President of "Concern Galnaftogaz" (filling station network "OKKO") Yuriy Kuchabskyy made a presentation within panel "Oil market in Ukraine: Russian or European model?".

Organizers of Conference Retroleum Ukraine 2012 – consulting group "A-95" and association "Union of oil operators in Ukraine" – believe that Ukrainian oil market is very intensive and competitive not only among former Soviet Union states but also in Europe. This makes it very attractive and provides many opportunities for oil products suppliers. But it also can not be without problems. "Ukrainian oil products market continues to develop but it constrains a poor level of processing at the oil refinery of the country, unwise fiscal policy and vague legislation on alternative fuels. These are the main threats to the market and consumers of oil products" – Sergiy Kuyun, Director of consulting group "A-95", said at the conference Retroleum Ukraine 2012.
