OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2012. The Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the Central Bank has received the right for the sixth issue of interest-bearing, unsecured bonds.

The State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan reports that on 21 December 21 it registered the AMF bonds issue prospectus under number AZ2006008687.

According to the prospectus, the Fund can raise AZN 40 million, by issuing 40,000 bonds with par value of AZN 1 each. Circulation period of the bonds of this issue is 10 years and the interest rate is 3% per annum.
This will be the sixth issue of the AMF bonds. On 18 December it finished the placement of the fifth issue of bonds - AZN 30 million at an interest rate of 3%. They are in circulation for 3,600 days and their maturity date is 22 January 2022.
