OREANDA-NEWS. January 10, 2013. The Sukhoi Company delivered five more Su-34 frontline bombers to the Ministry of Defense of Russia. The official documents were signed at the Sukhoi’s Novosibirsk aircraft plant (V.P.Chkalov NAPO). The aircraft were transferred under the 2012 State Defense Order. They will fly to Voronezh “Baltimore” airbase of the Western Military District in the nearest future. The first group of five Su-34 arrived at the airbase on December 25.

Yesterday, on December 28, the official transfer documents for six Su-35S production multi-functional fighters were signed in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Thus the Sukhoi Company has completely fulfilled the 2012 State Defense Order for modern combat aircraft for the Ministry of Defense.
