OREANDA-NEWS. Investment company Concorde Capital announced its fourth since 2007 research on standards and practices of corporate governance in Ukrainian public companies. "Concern Galnaftogaz" was one of three companies that were represented in all four researches and it always receives the highest rates. Besides "Concern Galnaftogaz" such stability is only distinguished within companies Astarta and JKX Oil & Gas.

According to authors, the practice of these companies have always served as an example to others and have been a source of inspiration to analysts of Concorde Capital who established ranking criteria. Speaking specifically about "Concern Galnaftogaz", they characterize it as a company that demonstrates the highest reporting standards and are always ready to go back to the capital market.

In 2013 Concorde Capital survey covered 111 companies which operate in Ukraine and are issuing shares or bonds on Ukrainian and international stock exchanges. Out off these, only 15 subjects (in particular, "Concern Galnaftogaz") were ranked to the highest category Q (Quality). Only those companies that have received at least 9 out of 10 possible points in the research could get into this category. Concorde Capital considers these companies to be the most open and they could have built a qualitative system of corporate governance (in terms of stock market).
