OREANDA-NEWS.  September 27, 2013. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov has met with Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev in Astana where the parties agreed to give new dynamic to mutual trade and recover the volumes of trade on the level of previous years.

It was noted that the volume of trade turnover decreased by approximately 19% for the first 8 months of this year.

Mykola Azarov and Dmitry Medvedev agreed that before the meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee on Economic Cooperation, which will take place on October 15, this issue will be discussed in detail in the framework of sub-committees and high-level experts. Among them the existing bilateral trade restrictions will be analyzed, particularly in the pipes, wheel pairs, coke and cars. As a result, it will be developed proposals on how to settle these conflicts.
