OREANDA-NEWS. September 27, 2013. According to a market survey, customer satisfaction of at the gas stations of Sinopec Beijing Oil Products Company in the second quarter was 83.9, higher than its domestic peers’ 82.3 and above the foreign stations’ 80.7 as well.

The company’s gas stations operations evaluation programme has been carried out since 2011. The evaluation criteria incorporate 10 categories (333 items in total) including service standards, gas stations facilities, capital management, etc.

Each item is made detailed and even quite 'tough', like summer and winter uniform shall not be mixed; trousers shall not be too long, etc. These strict rules, though making employees uncomfortable for a while, contributed to the improvement of economics and customer satisfaction.
